Wenzel Griessel
A native of Johannesburg, South Africa, Wenzel has been with Berning Farms since 2024 and goes by the nickname “Wenna”. Currently, he is responsible for trucking, sterilizing ground, helping with harvest, and anything else that comes up. Before joining Berning Farms, Wenzel worked on a vegetable and chicken farm in South Africa. Known as one of the funniest guys on the farm, he has the natural ability to keep everyone laughing with his sense of humor.
Driving the semi is one of his favorite farm activities, whether it is hauling manure from the feedlot to the field or transporting grains to the elevators. Wenzel enjoys spending time with his fiancée and swimming in his spare time. An avid surfer in South Africa, he considers himself bubbly, determined, and has a personal goal of owning a business one day.
